On the third anniversary of the attack on the school, the officials of Sayed Al-Shuhada school and the families of the martyrs have asked the Taliban to provide security and reopen schools for girls.

The third anniversary of the martyrs of Sayed Al-Shuhada school was commemorated today (Tuesday, 7 May) by the officials of Sayed Al-Shuhada school and the families of the martyrs in the west of Kabul.

Nusratullah Nusrat, the director of Sayed Al-Shuhada school, said in this ceremony that after three years of this tragic incident, the pain of this incident is still fresh for the families and he asked the Taliban group to arrest the perpetrators of this attack and hand them over to the law.

In this ceremony, Mr. Nusrat told the students not to give up science and asked the families to encourage their children to science. He also asked the caretaker government to open the gates of schools and universities to girls who are left behind in science and knowledge.

Farzaneh Asghari, one of the surviving students of this school, said in this ceremony: Although three years have passed since the tragic incident of Sayed Al-Shuhada school; But he did not avoid lessons and education and continued his lessons. He asked the Taliban to open the gates of schools and universities to the girls of this land.

Mohammad Sadegh, one of the families of the martyrs, said in this ceremony that three years have passed since this tragic tragedy; But the pain and suffering caused by that deadly attack will remain in the memory of hundreds of families for years. He emphasized that the caretaker government should ensure the security of all educational centers in west Kabul and pay serious attention to improve the security of citizens.

Mr. Sadegh asked the Taliban and the international community to arrest the perpetrators of the Sayed Al-Shuhada school attack and hand them over to the law. He also demanded to open the gates of schools and universities to girls.

According to reports, at least 85 people were killed and 240 others, most of whom were female students, were injured in the explosions that occurred three years ago today in front of Sayed Al-Shuhada school, and at that time, international organizations and institutions condemned the attack on Sayed Al-Shuhada school. They emphasized that justice should be sought for the victims of this incident.

Although three years have passed since this fatal incident and during these three years in Afghanistan, the Islamic Republic system fell and the Islamic Emirate came into being. Such attacks have not ended yet and terrorist groups continue to attack religious places and educational centers.

However, the attack on the educational center of Kaj and Kausardanesh on 27th of August 2016, on 25th of Asad 2017, the promised school was attacked by suicide bombers in the west of Kabul.

On the 30th of Hamal 1401, the Mumtaz educational center was hit by two explosive attacks, and the high school of Abdul Rahim Shahid was also hit by a suicide attack.

And in the last case of the eighth month of 1401, the Kaj educational center was attacked by a suicide bomber, in which at least 54 teachers, most of whom were girls, were killed and more than 114 other teachers were injured.

As a result of these attacks on educational centers, hundreds of students were killed and hundreds of others were injured, and the perpetrators of these attacks have not been identified yet, and these attacks were met with a wave of reactions.
