Human Rights Watch says that Pakistani police have sexually harassed Afghan women and girls.
Human Rights Watch has said in a report that Pakistani authorities have committed massive violations against Afghan citizens in order to force them to return to their country.
“Women and girls, journalists, and those belonging to minority and ethnic communities face heightened risks if deported from Pakistan to Taliban-ruled Afghanistan”, today said Amnesty International.
Amnesty International urged Pakistan must immediately halt deportations to prevented further escalation of this crisis.

As the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan continues to be of serious concern, the European Union has released €61 million in humanitarian aid to address the needs of vulnerable people in the country, as well as refugees in neighbouring Pakistan.
